This Privacy Policy explains what information Table Reads (operated by Sa-Loan Productions LLC, "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with.
When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information (name, profile photo). We receive your user ID and email from Clerk; we don't handle your password directly.
The screenplay files you upload, the character and voice data we detect from them, and the audio we generate — including any notes, alternate takes, or self-tape tracks you create.
Our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details directly — we never see or store your full card number. We do receive your subscription plan, billing history, and how many scripts/pages you've used, from Stripe and from our own usage tracking.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, pages/routes accessed) for security and debugging purposes.
We rely on the following providers to operate Table Reads. Each processes only what's needed for its specific function, under its own privacy policy:

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your uploaded script content with anyone beyond what's listed here — except when you deliberately create a public share link, which makes that specific table read (audio, cast list, and notes) accessible to anyone who has the link.
We keep your uploaded scripts, generated audio, and project data for as long as your account is active, or until you delete that project. If you delete your account, we'll delete your project data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password (or sign in via Google) and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
You can access, update, or delete your projects at any time from within the app. To request a full account/data deletion, or a copy of your data, email us at the address below.
The app uses your browser's local storage for session and preference data (like your Clerk sign-in session). Our marketing site uses a third-party form provider (Formspree) to collect waitlist email signups. We don't currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Table Reads is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
